This project is composed of two residential luxury condominium towers, retail spaces, and supporting parking garage. This project was constructed in two phases.
SSA was the Civil Engineer responsible for the design, permitting, and construction administration for all the infrastructure improvements for the development of the subject site. These duties encompass the provision of public utilities via sewer and water main extension from South Point Drive into the property and the disposal of stormwater via drainage wells. Our firm also took on the responsibility of all the grading for pool and cabana areas for both phases.
Stormwater management modeling software (ICPR) was used in the determination of the stages generated by the 25 year-3 day and 100 year-3 day storm events discharging through 13 interconnected drainage wells located throughout the site.
