The project consists of the development of a 72.99‐acre portion of the Opa‐Locka Executive Airport along the eastern side of the airport within Watershed #4 as referred to in the stormwater master plan. This facility is a members-only driving circuit where elegance is paramount and world-class amenities surround, presented in a spectacular resort setting. This technologically-advanced driving circuit is conceived by legendary and multi-award winning designer, Alan Wilson.
Drainage design consisted of 1,009 LF of trench drain and 13,903 LF of drainage pipe including 2,649 LF of exfiltration trench. Over 2,400 LF of 16″ water main and FIVE (5) fire hydrants were provided as well as over 5,500 LF of 8″ gravity sewer main and 28 manholes to service this project.
