Homestead Miami Speedway

SSA has provided Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Planning services for the Homestead Miami Speedway for over 20 years. These services included both the first and second rebuild of the race track, the media building expansion, turn four bleacher expansion, multiple parking expansions, and multiple drainage improvement projects.

Our firm is currently working with International Speedway Corporation, Bercow Radell & Fernandez, the Curtis Group and Several other consultants on the Speedway Master Plan Expansion. The Master Plan will include the relocation of SW 137th Avenue and SW 336th Street to create a state of the art motorsports facility appropriate for the hosting of a wide variety of national regional and local motorsports events. The expansion will also include the construction of an additional 12,000 additional motorsport seats on turns one and four.
