Development of 18.8-acre site for two large warehouses totaling over 252,000 SF.

The design included grading for over 10′ of elevation difference across the site from the existing roadways to the LWDD E-4 Canal. The stormwater design included a 3-acre retention area which discharged into the adjacent canal. Designed and permitted all grading, water, sewer, and drainage through the City, Lake Worth Drainage District, South Florida Water Management District, the Health Department, and Palm Beach County Fire.
