This project consisted of the development of a 1.6-acre property with a two-story building with an approximate 14,000 square foot building footprint.

SSA was the Civil Engineer responsible for the design, permitting, and construction administration for all the infrastructure improvements for the development of the subject site.  These duties included the design of a stormwater management system with interconnecting inlets and French Drains.  This project also included the design of a potable water system and a wastewater gravity system.
