This 71-acre development involved repurposing a contaminated, abandoned golf course comprised of numerous small lakes, fairways, trees, and greens into an industrial park which included over 800,000 SF of warehouse space across six (6) large buildings.
Due to site contamination, no exfiltration trenches were allowed. The stormwater management system consisted of interconnected inlets that discharged into onsite lakes. Approximately 8,000 LF of 12″ DIP water main, 1,110 LF of 6″ water main, and 29 fire hydrants were installed to service this project. The gravity sewer system included approximately 2,500 LF of 8″ sanitary mains with fourteen manholes and nearly 4,700 LF of force main to convey the effluent to the nearest public lift station. A new public lift station was constructed for this project with THREE (3) pumps with an operating capacity of 1280 GPM and a total dynamic head of 161 feet.
