Courthouse Center Parking Garage

This is the new state-of-the-art, multi-million dollar parking facility adjacent to the new Federal Courthouse in downtown Miami. This garage has over 30,000 feet of office space and over 4,000 feet of retail space.

This project consisted of the design of water and sewer services and drainage for the new parking garage. The stormwater management for this 850-parking stall garage involved designing the drainage system within the tight confines of a City of Miami property. The project also included coordinating with utility companies for the relocation of utilities where required and all permitting services.
